Discussion of lawn maintenance standards for
park area and Silverthorn entrance trees. Weed and feed schedule pared down to
3x annually (Sept, May, July). Grass to be cut when it meets/exceeds 6 inches.
Swales to be maintained per usual, making sure that Gary includes the “hole” in
the park area. Water runoff inlet cleaning.

Utility letter to be sent by Chelsie to City of
Cheney to resume park irrigation water flow

Tammi to talk to homeowners who have swales on
their property that are currently being maintained by Neighborhood Lawn and
Tree Care. Swale care to become uniformly and primarily the homeowner’s
responsibility.

Kelley will continue to work with The Orchards
HOA tax reporting
