Old Business:
1.      Specialty Asphalt crack sealing went well. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping cars off the road
2.      Reminder to kill and pull weeds in sidewalk cracks. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to keep these areas clear of weeds to ensure the longevity of the roads and sidewalks
3.      The topsoil purchase of $600 to fill drainage ditch near address 126 on the corner of Pinecrest and Meadowglenn was completed and the area looks great! Thank you to the hard work of the homeowner and improving that area of the neighborhood!

New Business:
1.      Bushes near the Barrington Apartments that are dead are being dealt with. The process will be to: 1. Remove, 2. Grind down the remaining stumps, and 3. Install a dripline. Rachel Blom is gather estimates for the cost of removal and the dripline.
2.      Yard maintenance notices will continue to go out until the weather changes. Yard maintenance notices ensure that homeowners are being responsible in their home upkeep and keep the neighborhood looking aesthetically pleasing for current and future members of The Orchards.

Motion to end the meeting by Tom, seconded by Ashley.
