Old Business:

Trailer on Thistle Creek was moved about a week
due to a broken foot
2.
RV on Silverthorn was reminded of City of Cheney
regulations stating it may be there for 72 hours
New Business:
1.
Winter Newsletter will be going out to inform
The Orchards about snow removal laws, bylaw updates, and open positions for the
2019 HOA Board
2.
Sinking concrete on Meadow Glenn and Silverthorn
is being looked into to fix
3.
Neighborhood Lawn and Tree is being reminded to
not block driveways during plowing and to clear mailboxes and fire hydrants.
Some updating to the contract may be in order
4.
House on Thistle Creek has been in violation of
parking rules and code of conduct regarding noise
5.
Dog noise has been a complaint in The Orchards.
Houses in violation will be sent bylaw notices regarding dog noise
6.
The Board is planning on a Spring Block Party in
2019. Location, date, and time will be TBD. Homeowners will be notified in
advance of the festivities.
