What Do I Need to Do?
Please move any vehicles parked on the
road.
You will be towed if not.
Please call the number provided at the
top of the page if you see vehicles parked on the road as we get closer to the
24th and 25th so we can attempt to reach the
homeowner(s).
Specialty Asphalt is here to
do crack sealing and sinkhole filling. This process is necessary to maintaining
our roads. They will be guiding traffic and down to one lane and possibly
blocking one entrance at a time so please prepare in advance for possible
delays or taking an alternate route into the neighborhood.
The Board would like to also
take this opportunity to remind homeowners about weed removal specifically in
the sidewalk cracks. Homeowners are responsible for the weeds that grow in the
sidewalk cracks in front of their home (similar to how each homeowner is
responsible for snow removal on their sidewalk). By maintaining the weeds, we
can help with the longevity of our roads. Homeowners not in compliance will be
given notices and time to take care of their weeds.
